Coaching focuses on strategy — building your plan, clarifying your message, and making sure you know exactly what to do and why. That is where I spend my time with you.

Implementation — building or rebuilding your website, managing SEO, running ads, setting up email campaigns — is beyond the scope of coaching. But I will not leave you stuck. I can certainly help with implementation or I can point you in the right direction. I work closely with the team at Engenius, a StoryBrand-certified marketing agency, and I am also happy to refer you to other solid partners depending on what you need. You will always have a clear path forward.

Ad management is beyond the scope of coaching. My role is to make sure you have the right strategy and the right message before you spend money on ads — because without those, ads rarely produce the results you are hoping for.

If paid advertising makes sense for your business, we will work through what that should look like as part of your plan. When it comes to actually running campaigns, I can certainly help with that or connect you with the right people.

I focus on owner-operated trade and home service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pest control, painting, general contracting, and similar businesses where the owner is hands-on and directly involved in running the company.
